POLICE ACADEMY 6: CITY UNDER SIEGE stars (yes, stars) Bubba Smith as one of a number of bumbling Los Angeles police officers trying to catch the Wilson Heights Gang, a band of thieves on a robbery spree. When the gang pulls off a bank job right under the nose of Police Capt. Harris (G.W.
