Struggling poet Bond takes over the management of a country inn and is host to a number of odd characters, including a professor who condemned Bond's early poems, his daughter, and a couple of crooks whose demise Bond helps to bring about after they kidnap the professor's daughter. The
loose structure serves mainly to offer cliched caricatures. One of handsome British film hero Steel's earliest pictures after he graduated from the London stage.
