Ford plays an insurance adjuster who joins a group of treasure seekers hunting for long lost gold hidden in the Zapotecan Temples of Oaxaca, Mexico, 350 years earlier by Indians trying to keep the gold from the Spanish invaders. He is joined by his alcoholic girl friend, Lynn, and has
things made tough for him by Sullivan and McClory. The use of flashbacks makes for a lack of suspense. Performances are adequate, with the photography of the ruined temples providing the proper atmosphere.
