Here's a real 1930s rarity: a British-made musical that is equal to, if not better than, some of the American musicals of the time. Dall is a young lady cabaret singer who, with a millionaire's help, is about to hit the big time. Desmond, one of England's strongest comediennes of the time,
is the golddigger out to stop the youngster. The script is an absolute delight, and high caliber talents Richmond and Ambrose are marvelous to watch. The whole thing is nicely put together and great fun for the audience. Musical contributions from Ambrose and His Orchestra.
