Play Up The Band: Review

A fairly lively comedy starring Holloway and Atkinson as two members of a brass band from Yorkshire who are framed for the theft of a valuable necklace owned by the band owner's wife. The crime occurs in London, where the band had traveled to play in a competition. It turns out that the necklace was actually stolen by a villain pretending to be a count. Eventually the pair track down the real culprit and are allowed to play with the band at the Crystal Palace. leave a comment
