The Pittsburgh Kid

Onetime light-heavyweight champion and longtime heavyweight boxing contender Billy Conn more or less plays himself in this ring saga about a fighter whose troubles begin when his manager dies. A considerably less scrupulous boxing handler (Jonathan Hale) uses his sexy daughter, Barbara (Veda Ann Borg), to try to entice "The Pittsburgh Kid" into signing with him, but Patricia (Jean Parker), the daughter of Billy's old manager, takes over the handling of his career and the two fall for each other in the process.
