A strange, self-consciously arty film starring De Young as a nihilistic young man from a rich family who wanders through the movie feeding off disturbing experiences and sad people (prostitutes, suicidal individuals, manic depressives). Eventually De Young's father dies (he seems to be the root of some of his son's problems), and De Young goes to the wake and performs a bizarre, ritualistic exorcism by dropping the buffet food on the floor around him, which drives his hypocritical relatives away. leave a comment
