A quiet, tasteful, well-intentioned, but ultimately dull and uninspiring tale, PILGRIM, FAREWELL focuses on Elizabeth Huddle, who learns she is dying of cancer. The film follows her fight to adjust to the reality of impending death and her attempts to reconcile with her family in her time of crisis. Unfortunately, the commendable story is told in a manner typical of made-for-TV movies, rendering it forgettable. leave a comment
