A downright scary telling of the "Pied Piper" legend starring Donovan as the mysterious rat catcher who enters the corrupt, seedy, rat-infested 14th-century town of Hamelin and offers to remove the plague-carrying beasts, but for a price. When that price isn't met, he takes the town's children instead.
