Montgomery plays the title character, a famous London newspaper cartoonist. His father, actor Morgan, is posing as a count so he can be accepted into his latest sweetheart's rich family. After spoiling his father's scheme and losing his job, Montgomery comes up with the idea of drawing a strip featuring the members of the family Morgan tried to marry into. It's all very silly, but Morgan is wonderful and the film is fun. leave a comment
