A propagandistic piece of youth trash that has three members of a Bristol, England, motorcycle gang--Brooks, Andrews, and Hemmings--losing their licenses after being clocked at over 100 mph and winding up in an accident. They decide to form a rock-'n'-roll band and take an interest in the Duke of Edinburgh's award scheme.
