A propagandistic piece of youth trash that has three members of a Bristol, England, motorcycle gang--Brooks, Andrews, and Hemmings--losing their licenses after being clocked at over 100 mph and winding up in an accident. They decide to form a rock-'n'-roll band and take an interest in the Duke of Edinburgh's award scheme. Encouraged by choir director-organist More to take part, some dissension develops amongst the teens. Everyone accepts the one-time delinquents by the picture's finale, however, with the adults' common sense working a miracle cure on the wild ones.
