A lightweight British comedy, the first independent production from actress Donlan and filmmaker Guest. The busty blonde Donlan, every bit as vapid as Judy Holliday, plays a shopgirl who inherits a tiny European principality and decides to do her duty to her new people and get their struggling economy back on an even keel.
