A weak juvenile picture in comparison with the previous Peck pictures (1921, with Jackie Coogan and 1934, with Jackie Cooper), starring young Tommy Kelly (THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER) as the homespun hero, Bill Peck. He heads for summer camp, but on the way meets up with a ten-year-old bareback rider from the circus.
