This interesting historical drama written and codirected by Sacha Guitry tells the story of the seven pearls of the English crown. Three were lost forever, but, over the generations, the remaining four found their way into the hands of various notable people (Napoleon, King Henry VIII, Queen Elizabeth were among their owners).
