Basehart is a former WW II Pilot living in Hong Hong with no intention of doing the espionage work which the US government is asking of him. He does, however, agree to help a Chinese woman find her son, a missing pilot. With the help of a Russian friend, Basehart locates the boy, but also gets mixed up with Gastoni, an American agent.
