Sach (Hall) is mistaken for a missing French scientist and is sent to Paris, along with Slip (Leo Gorcey) and Louie (Bernard Gorcey), to impersonate him. The scientist had been working on a rocket fuel, which Hall manages to perfect in his absence. There are plenty of dull gags revolving
around the boys' attempts to keep the formula out of the hands of spies. Definitely
