A Paris designer gown is followed through four vignettes. The first has a stunning woman purchasing the gown for a date with a very wealthy foreigner. Next, the gown is copied and bought by a secretary who wants to use it to seduce her married boss. Unfortunately, when the two are at a
party, his wife shows up in the same dress. The gown is then used by a married woman to tempt a retiring company president to name her husband as his replacement. The final vignette has the gown's wearer aiming for a marriage proposal from her longtime boy friend.
