Keir Dullea stars in this uneven Canadian effort as Rick, the best player on a not particularly talented hockey team in a tiny western Canadian town. When the businessmen who fund the team decide to pull the plug, threatening Rick's privileged status with the local ladies, his mental health deteriorates rapidly. Already given to wearing cowboy duds and romanticizing the Old West, he ends up involved in a robbery and shootout. leave a comment
