The world has come together, formed the New Organization of Nations (N.O.O.N.), and dedicated itself to space exploration. But during the launch of their new "space jeep," an ecology group known as Clean Space electronically seizes control and demands the entire program be cancelled to keep pollution from spreading any further. A second space jeep is readied to assist the other, but its female pilot is waylaid and held hostage by Clean Space.
