A hollow crime melodrama about a Swiss woman, Gray, who works for a London diamond merchant and becomes inadvertently involved with her boy friend's scheme to exploit her boss. Her boy friend, Lovell, sends two of his friends to the merchant as German jewelers, but they are found out, the boss is killed, and Gray is knocked out.
