The Pajama Game: Review

A terrific movie comes out of this simple idea: Katie "Babe" Williams (Doris Day) works in a pajama factory. She and her coworkers want a 7.5-cent raise, but management refuses, so she leads a grievance committee and takes their complaints to shop superintendent Sid Sorokin (John Raitt), spoiling the whole movement when she falls in love.
