Silly movie that uses the "ten cents a dance" racket as a background for criminal action. Terry is a detective who finds out gangsters are hustling poor dance-hall girls. One of the girls, Wells (who later changed her name to Julie Bishop), is as pure as freshly fallen snow, and a romance ensues. Terry breaks the gangsters' hold on the women and all is righted.
