Overkill

Right below the title on the artwork that accompanies this straight-to-video release is the statement "...the body count is overwhelming." While OVERKILL is bloody, the body count is not overwhelming and neither is the film. It tells the story of Los Angeles policeman Mickey Delano (Steve Rally), who is convinced that Japanese gangsters, the Yakuza, are moving into the area. He questions the son of a restaurant owner murdered for refusing to pay protection money and in the process meets the boy's uncle, Akashi (John Nishio), a Tokyo policeman who knows how to deal with the Yakuza.
