Danton, after being paroled from prison and inducted into the Army, is called back to the US to help crack an international counterfeiting operation which involves a former GI pal. He is needed to romance his pal's girl to see if she can supply any information. He gets nothing from her,
but the importing firm where she is employed proves to be up to no good. The finale has him helping to do in the gang, win over the gal, and reunite with his father, a Treasury agent. Danny Arnold, the film's writer, would go on to a very successful career in TV, winning Emmies as
producer-writer-creator of such comedies as "My World and Welcome to It" and "Barney Miller."
