One of the best of the Lash LaRue pictures, OUTLAW COUNTRY relies on the gimmick of dual roles for LaRue. He plays both the lawful, whip-crackin' marshal in pursuit of a gang of counterfeiters, and the outlaw who is part of the funny money operation. The bad twin has a change of heart,
however, and helps the good guys capture the gang.
