The world has once again been destroyed in an apocalyptic nuclear war, and, as usual, it's under the control of a far from meek leather-clad mob. Radiation-free water is now a premium commodity with a going rate of $200 a gallon, as dictated by Stanger, who holds a hidden supply of unpolluted water. Enter Lynch, a spunky lady who wants to put a stop to this blackmail. She squares off against Grimm, a homosexual goon hired by Stanger as security head, and blows him away in a deadly futuristic game. OSA is yet another in the "so bad it's good" genre, complete with unintentionally hilarious dialog and some good comic action sequences. Though the acting and minuscule plot leave a lot to be desired, the film does a good job of creating that now- familiar postnuclear devastation look. leave a comment
