The world has once again been destroyed in an apocalyptic nuclear war, and, as usual, it's under the control of a far from meek leather-clad mob. Radiation-free water is now a premium commodity with a going rate of $200 a gallon, as dictated by Stanger, who holds a hidden supply of unpolluted water.
