Sellers is an old vaudevillian living in the London slums and making a meager living by performing with his dog on street corners. He befriends young Mullane and Chaffey. Sellers rekindles the dreams the two have lost to poverty, and they give him companionship. An enjoyable, sentimental
family film that makes no qualms about tugging at your heartstrings. An underrated film with an excellent performance by Sellers.
