What better way to spoof James Bond films than to pull together actors from the 007 series (Lee, Celi, Maxwell, Bianchi) and to use Sean Connery's brother, Neil, as the lead? Sounds good, but like most spy spoofs the film is a five-minute sketch dragged out to feature length. Connery is a
plastic surgeon who is recruited to stop Celi from achieving world domination. Lots of gadgets and pretty women in an uninvolving story. Neil Connery never claimed to be an actor, and this, his only film appearance, proves he isn't.
