No, it's not another beach movie, but a WW II melodrama about a navy demolition team. Hunter, Avalon, and Brady must destroy a sunken submarine before the Japanese get the top-secret equipment aboard the vessel. The crew lands on Bikini Island and is aided by the guerrillas in finding the location of the sub. Hunter falls in love with female guerrilla Six, who is later killed by the Japanese. They complete their mission and Avalon, of course, sneaks in a song. leave a comment
