An exploitation film about alcoholism which wasn't shown in theaters but in Hallmark's road show markets. Warrick, a mother and former concert pianist, is an alcoholic. The story centers around the problems she brings her husband, Travis, and their daughter. Preachy, long-winded, and boring sum up this film. Hallmark was known for its exploitative potboilers. This is the last film Warrick, the star of the TV soap opera "All My Children," made before she absented herself from the screen until the late 1960s. leave a comment
