Episodes of the popular television series "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." were edited together to make this theatrical feature. Several cats from the Soho area of London disappear, and members of UNCLE begin to suspect their rival organization, THRUSH, of being behind it. Top agents Vaughn and McCallum trace the clues to Miles, who runs a fashion salon in Paris.
