Hall stars in this adventure tale as a crook who steals his gambling partner's loot and a transport plane as well. Experiencing trouble, Hall is forced to crash-land on an uncharted South Seas island. There he is greeted by the gentle, loving natives and soon falls in love with local girl Cabot. Greenleaf, a missionary who was shipwrecked years before, has civilized the populace, and Hall soon becomes indoctrinated by the kindly old man's teachings. Nevertheless, once his plane is repaired, Hall decides to leave the island. Before he can go, however, a volcanic eruption threatens the island and wrecks his newly repaired plane. He realizes that his true happiness lies with Cabot and the island people. Hailing a conveniently passing ship, Hall departs to pay his debt to society, vowing to return to this island paradise. leave a comment
