O'Brien stars as the title lawman, who is assigned the task of patrolling the Canadian-US border and halting the activities of a gang of outlaws terrorizing the small American border towns. To do this, O'Brien goes under cover and joins the gang to gather enough evidence to arrest the lot of them during a bank hold-up.
