This is a weak follow-up to OH, GOD, with everyone from the original film except George Burns departed from the cast. It took five writers to concoct this tepid dish, in which cute tyke Tracy (Louanne) runs into God (Burns) at a Chinese restaurant. God doesn't like the way things are going
on earth and thinks kids could straighten out the mess. The daughter of an advertising man (David Birney), Tracy invents a "Think God" campaign, enlists a lot of other children in a crusade, and finds herself in a real mess. The picture is very talky, and the gags all fall flat. Director Gilbert
