After imbibing a special formula in hopes of turning into a caveman, scientist Burdon instead reverts to a childlike state of consciousness. This man-child overhears the plans of three American crooks to steal the Crown Jewels and upon returning to his normal state, is able to stop the
crooks in time. Fairly witless low-budget British comedy with an inane gimmick.
