The Nursemaid Who Disappeared: Review

Playwright Coke overhears some men involved in a kidnaping ring. With detective Margetson's help, Coke learns that the ring operates out of a phony employment agency that sends people to spy on would-be victims. After two attempts on Coke's life, a suicide, and a murder, the gang is finally captured. This programmer mystery holds its own pretty well in suspense. The thrills are well built into the script, which suffers only from a little more dialog than it needs. leave a comment
