Despite its humorous concept, THE FIRST NUDIE MUSICAL is unable to develop its potential. To save his sinking porno- exploitation film-production company, Nathan--on the advice of his secretary, Williams, of "Laverne and Shirley"--sets out to make the title musical. The script is episodic, dependent on gimmicks and one-liners to keep things moving.
