A raucous comedy about a disillusioned yuppie and a desperate carjacker that tries to wring social relevance out of the buddy-movie formula. Los Angeles ad-man Nick Beam (Tim Robbins) has just spied his wife cheating on him with his pompous boss, so when gun-toting T. Paul (Martin Lawrence) tries to take his expensive car, Beam flips out.
