A tale of muddled identities has hyperactive press agent Hartnell attempting to help a struggling young actress by getting her to pose as an heiress from the States. Complications arise when both a female crook pulling a similar impersonation and the real heiress herself turn up on the
scene. Fairly routine, with a few good laughs provided by veteran comedy director Rogers.
