Nomads

This supernatural thriller tries hard to be different, but it winds up collapsing under the effort. Set in modern-day Los Angeles, the film opens as Dr. Flax (Lesley-Anne Down) is called in to deal with an emergency patient who was picked up wandering the streets. The man, Pommier (Pierce Brosnan), babbles in French and struggles violently with the nurses and orderlies. When Flax tries to calm him, he bites her, whispers something in French in her ear, and suddenly dies.
