A programmer designed to wear out the best of handkerchiefs. White, playing himself (as this was based on his radio show), broadcasts from an orphanage. He has the children say a few words to the radio audience in an obvious ploy to be adopted. The central focus is on 9-year-old Lee and his
crippled 13-year-old sister, Fellows. Though he could easily be adopted, Lee refuses to be separated from his sister. Overly sentimental.
