No Time To Kill

After serving eight years on a false arson conviction, Ireland is freed from prison. He goes to Sweden in search of the businessman he believes framed him. There he confronts the man's wife (Schwiers) and has an affair with her. He continues the search for her husband, but his trail ends at the cemetery where the man is buried. The evidence begins to point to Schwiers, and she tries to kill Ireland. He kills her, defending himself, and realizes that she was the one who set him up on the arson charge. This minor drama was made in Sweden in 1958 and released in England in 1961. It finally opened in Stockholm five years after production, in 1963.
