A standard teen romantic comedy that is saved by a pair of well-written, three-dimensional characters. Set against a picturesque San Francisco backdrop, NO SMALL AFFAIR follows a likable teen photographer, Charles Cummings (Jon Cryer), who knows how to capture girls on film but can't win them in real life.
