Pro wrestling star Hulk Hogan portrays Rip Thomas, pro wrestling star, in this comic-book-style "drama." Brell (Kurt Fuller), the slimy boss of the World Television Network, wants Rip to wrestle on his station to boost ratings. But Rip is bound by word and contract to fulfill his obligation to a rival network. Still, those visions of ad dollars and ratings points just won't let Brell rest.
