Genius scientist Edward Brake (Wellington Meffert) has invented a device that can--among its other capabilities--change any object into a silver attack sphere that shoots down a person's throat and transforms him into a mindless, computer-controlled zombie. The benign uses Brake envisions for the invention are perverted when his evil but beautiful assistant, Julie (Debbie Laster), gets ahold of the invention and begins turning people into murderous "neuropaths." Watching this sleazy, unscary, pseudo-softcore stab at filmmaking is both a confusing and excruciating experience. The characters are indistinguishable, the nudity gratuitous and ample, and the shocks few and feeble. Moreover, the editing is incomprehensible, and the action limited to just three locations, though it seems like fewer. leave a comment
