Poorly done crime tale starring Derek as a drifter unfortunate enough to allow himself to be seduced by Andress (one of Derek's former wives, in real life), the bored wife of wealthy-but-old rancher O'Connell. When O'Connell spots Derek leaving his wife's boudoir, he kills her. Corrupt
sheriff Ray seizes the opportunity to blackmail O'Connell in exchange for his silence and then arrests Derek, who knows nothing of the killing. The ending sees O'Connell kill Ray and then confess to both murders.
