Lovely Barbara Steele plays Muriel, the unfortunate wife of crazed scientist Dr. Arrowsmith (Paul Miller), who uses his wife and her lover (Rik Battaglia) in his experiments involving human blood and electricity. After electrocuting them, he drains their blood and injects it into his faithful, aging servant, Solange (Helga Line), who is suddenly rejuvenated and beautiful.
