Contrived musical comedy starring Foster as an ambitious young singer who becomes so desperate to get a break on Broadway that she confronts producer Tone and announces that she's the offspring of his one-day marriage to de Wit years ago. Surprisingly, Tone greets the news with enthusiasm and soon puts his "daughter" on Broadway.
