This limp attempt to create a psycho-crime drama stars Wynne as an inspector who is dead set in his opinion that a teenager is guilty of murder. When he investigates further, he discovers that the youth is innocent. The real culprit is a well respected judge. Sleazy elements added to the
film do nothing to heighten intrigue.
